1/2 cup oatmeal
Need more protein here....
meal 2:
1 can of tuna
2 slices whole wheat
This should be a pro/fat meal.....ditch the bread
PWO SHAKE
40g protein
80g dextrose
Good
meal 3:
chicken breast or fish
sweet potato
green vegatables (does veggies or salad have carbs?)
Ditch the veggies.....add them to another meal instead
meal 4:
1 scoop Optimum
2 tbl spoons natural peanut butter
Make it 1 1/2 or 2 scoops of protein here.....other than that good
meal 5:
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
almonds
Need more protein here
