cut out cereal/bread. Not enough protein/calories/carbs/fat. Too many shakes. Need real meal instead of shakes. Look at the stickies on top of the page for a reference.

BreakFast- Protein Shake, Shredded Wheat ceral
Keep the shake, add some egg whites and oatmeal
    Snack- Protein Shake
Need fat here with the shake
Lunch- 3 cans of Tuna, cottage cheese, 1 piece of bread and applesauce
3 cans of tuna??? Wayyyyy too much protein there..... just have 1- 1 1/2 cans and add a healthy fat with it. Olive oil or mayo both go good with it.
    Snack-Bananna/egg whites
This should be a pro/fat meal.... there are no "snacks"
Dinner- 1or 2 pieces of chicken, brown rice and vegs
Where do you workout??? if this is a PPWO meal, drop the veggies
    Snack-Protein shake
Once again you need a healthy fat here....
Honestly this is very confusing and I have no clue where you workout at. This information is very important, also when do you plan on doing cardio? You need to really read the cutting sticky and try posting the diet again. Good luck

    That sticky is good but

It doesn't tell me how much Calories/Protein/ Carbs I need to intake. Nor does it tell me what to eat so I am just guessing. ???

You need to modify that for yourself and your needs.

    It's ONE sticky bro.

    Thousands of people read it.

How could it possibly tell you all of that if everyone is of a different height/weight/stature/etc.?

You have to read it, and do the figuring YOURSELF. Take initiative, it's your body, it's worth it right?

Good point. There a lot of plans and "menus" that we have solidified/given a stamp of approval to here on the boards, they are a great reference.
