    First meal of my cutting diet.

    I need feedback if this was a good breakfast or not, and if there are ways i can improve it for my cutting phase.

    CALORIES- PROTEIN- CARBs- FAT

    1/2 cup quaker oats 151.0- 5.0- 26.0- 2.5
    1 scoop Isopure 100.0- 20.0- 0.0- 0.0
    3 egg whites 51.0- 10.5- 0.9- 0.0
    All the whey protein shake 104.0- 25.0- 0.0- 0.0

    totals calories = 406.00
    protein = 60.5
    carbs = 26.9
    fat = 2.5

    Im just looking for some reassurance that I am heading in the right direction.

    Looks fine to me if your first meal of choice is a pro/carb offering.

    I am not sure of the amounts however, as we don't know your weight/bodyfat/cardio inclusion/weights/supplements/body-type/etc.

    weight is 258 right now, bodyfat nearing 18-19% Cardio is 2x 30-45 minute sessions daily. Weights are done in the AM/ Supplementations, DNP , ECA, Prop/Tren combo, Endo-Mesomorph

    I would do my cardio all at once in the AM before you eat and monitor your HR to not exceed 70% of your max.

    Don't do a lot of cardio on DNP bro....... just do 20 minutes a day at most and train however you can. Wait to hit the cardio and other stuff till you're off the DNP.
