    Breakdown of Macros

    I was bored the other day and decided to get really specific on my cals, fat, protein and carbs. So I wrote down every meal and every macro I was taking in and added them up. I am trying to bulk so how does 4403-Cals, 453-Pro, 277-Carbs, 120-fat. Do I have too much of anything or not enough of something? Just curious. Here is my diet if interested. 5'10 195lbs 26yoa

    1:30pm
    1 cup skim milk
    2 scoops whey
    1cup oatmeal
    1 bannana

    3:30pm PWO
    2 scoops whey
    1/2 cup dextrose

    5:00pm PPWO
    8oz chicken breast
    1 cup brown rice
    1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese

    7:30pm
    2.5 scoops whey
    2tbsp flax

    10:00pm
    8oz chicken breast
    1 can green beans
    2 whole eggs
    2tbsp Natty PB

    1:00am
    Large can of tuna
    2tbsp mayo
    Mustard

    3:00am
    8oz chicken breast
    1 Whole egg
    1 serving almonds
    1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese

    6:00am BEDTIME
    3 scoops whey
    2 tbsp flax

    Dammit, I keep forgetting to put my stats in there. But now they are.

    i would lose the banana and milk for breakfast, use 1 scoop whey and use egg whites for protein....JMO though
