    Protein shake = 4.5621 sec
    Chicken = 8.4622 sec
    Beef = 17.8944 sec

    Ok, not really, but the protein shake will digest the fastest, then the chicken, then the beef, assuming the chicken is leaner than the beef.

    Even if your shake has flax in it and your chicken is eaten with rice and not fat? Wouldn't the flax slow down the process in the shake?

    i think its 10 min for a shake since its ready to be absorbed... chicken and beef next, i think they are something like 8 grams of pro an hr (maybe thats just beef)

    anyway, i don't know if this info is exactly accurate........ but the shakes digest way faster........
