Bread?
Got a quick question, i am currently cutting. I like to eat bread with my chicken at my like 6th meal. Is it a bad thing, I am using 7 grain bread? I just get tired of eating chicken plane all the time, i usually throw some shredded lettuce in there.

Its all a matter of how fast you want results. Personally I wouldn't have the bread, and I don't think you should either. Bread has no place in a cutting diet.

Ditto.
Bulking I do eat it pwo at times, as with pasta, but for cutting I stick to un-processed carbs.

I'd double check that nutrition label. Most often, "7-grain bread" isn't actually whole grain. Look for the words "whole grain" in the ingredients. It should also have at least 2 grams of fiber per slice..probably even more.

ohh for cutting i would ditch it period..but im bulking and am an endomorph so i was a lil worried..i just wanna get the most out of my workouts by getting the nutrients to the muscles to start rebuilding them so i can get big..since ive started i have always been using brown rice as a pwwo meal.should i switch this for a higher glycemic carb here

due to your bulking phase i would switch every now and again for some variety...i think that it would work fine ppwo.
