I don't use it with pwo offerings at all, no.
No sense in purposely sensitizing fat cells when muscle cells are already stimulated for increased uptake above fat cells. Kind of defeats the purpose.

Oh so it's really only needed for breakfast or non-PWO carb/protein meals. That's great. Now this bottle will last me a lot longer :)

if post workout shake/meal is very high carb (ie 75+g of dextrose- as is somewhat commonly used) then a single cap is justified then. If carbs are moderate you can go without with post workout meal as insulin sensitivity is quite high then.
