    liquid amino acids question

hey guys i take the liquid amino acids right after my workouts..per serving (3 teaspoons) it is 15g of protien.. my question is, with the serving size being about a mouthful of the amino acids, would it be a bad idea to double up the serving and take it 3 times a day? im just thinking that if i did that it would give me a quick easy extra 90g protien to my diet..is taking that much of the other amino acids bad for you tho.?

i would think that using an amino supp would cost more than food and whey shakes....i know a small bottle of aminos is like 20-30 bux and it only lasts for a month. for that price just get a 5lb jug of whey protein and you got your aminos and your convenience.
