critique my diet please
meal 1 - 8 egg whites 1 serving oats
meal 2 - large chick breast salad with olive oil
meal 3 - 2 fish filets large portion veggies
meal 4 - pwo nutrition
meal 5 - large chicken breast 1 serving oats
meal 6 - 2 scoops whey 25-30 almonds
On non-workout days I replace the oats in meal 5 with veggies and meal 4 no dextrose
I followed the cutting post - let me know how it sounds, thanks

If I were you, I'd replace my last meal with 1 1/2 cans of tuna and an EFA... whole food gets digested slower than a shake, and thats what you need when youre going to be fasting for 8-10 hours.
