i did a search but havent found these answers
Conjugated Linoleic Acid ... Its supposed to build muscle an reduce body fat., its found in some foods like meat but in such small amounts that u would have to eat ridiculously to get enough.. thats all i know about maybe someone else can tell us more... like if it has side effects

I used it for a month. No side effects at all, well sometimes a little bit of loose stool but thats about it. I saw a little reduction but people say you need to run it more than a month but I didnt have the money
I ran it for 10 weeks along with some other things and a strict diet..... went from 26 to 14 % bf. Worked for me.
u think its even better than ECA stack cuz it doesnt have side effects?
its actually a fat that helps burn fat...SOMEWHAT similar to omegas. It is not a stimulant and has no sides...I personally think its worthless....if there is an effect it's negligible and not worth wasting your $ on.
Excatly its a fat that helps burn fat, much like the EFAs...........Barbi I believe you lost the weight because of the strict diet.........Nothing is better than the ECA stack, especially CLA, believe me I've tried it - you'd just be wasting your money
The only time I used CLA I was cycling on and off eca/clen and before bed I would take CLA.
I have good results with CLA....
Jan 1st to 15th- lost 6lbs (diet, no cardio, just lifting)
Jan 15th- 22nd- Lost 7lbs (same exact thing + CLA)

since CLA is a fat you say.. should i be lowering my fat intake from EFAS if im on CLA?
CLA is some good stuff. Also don't change your fat intake since those CLAs come in pill form and in the same amounts like flax oil caps.
