an average sized boneless skinless chicken breast has how many grams of protein?

i was just going to post the same question

i heard its 7g/per ounce

so maybe one piece is 4 oz. 28 grams of protein?

skinless is 22g per piece, usually 6g/oz.

8oz 34g
