    spacing out healthy fats

    Does it make any difference if you consume all of your flax oil in one meal or space it out over 2-3 meals?? Health wise that is.

    Reason I ask is becuase I am doing a higher carb approach and the only 2 meals without carbs is the last 2. Is it ok if I put all my efa's in the last meal as far away from the carbs as possible

    yeah probaby im doing something like that, since my workout is early in the morning.. my last two meals are the pro/fat meals... and im shooting for 50g of fat a day so i have (2) TBL spoons of flax for one of the meals an the last meal im having natural peanut butter. (1) serving

    edit: do not have all of your efas for the day in ONE single meal..
