spacing out healthy fats
Does it make any difference if you consume all of your flax oil in one meal or space it out over 2-3 meals?? Health wise that is.
Reason I ask is becuase I am doing a higher carb approach and the only 2 meals without carbs is the last 2. Is it ok if I put all my efa's in the last meal as far away from the carbs as possible

edit: do not have all of your efas for the day in ONE single meal..
