    whole wheat bread VS. oatmeal

    can the whole wheat be substituted or is the oatmeal that much better?..thanks fellas

    Oatmeal = unprocessed carb.

    Bread = processed carb w/gluten.

    Oats win, game over.

    hey what is gluten?.. if i bought wheat bread from a bakery would it still have gluten?

    you can find gluten free bread in some places in the organic section...it is made with brown rice flour...though i dont know how good it tastes, it would be the best type of bread.
