    dextrose after cardio?

On an off day from lifting and say you do an hour cardio (walking on incline at about 4.1 mph aprox. 400 calories per half hour) Do you guys include dex in your PWO shakes or only after you lift?

    Thanks

    Oh h*ll no.

    ONLY AFTER INTENSE WEIGHT TRAINING.

Dextrose after cardio (for fat burning) is a horrid idea. Very glad you asked this as that would be one HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE mistake.
