Would it hurt to take something like V-12 during a cutting phase?

Just curious about your thoughts on this, thinking about either V-12 or possibly ISS Satur8. They have no calories in them like the other creatine/sugar mixes, and I really like how it makes my muscles appear and feel, nice and full, and I havent noticed any bloating in the abdomen. So will it hurt me any to take these while dropping b/f?

Aside from the bloating that many experience w/creatine, it won't interfere with actual fat loss, no.
