    Decided not to juice yet!

    ok guys i think i decided not to juice yet but i still want to save as much muscle while cutting up.
    how is my diet? stats are 5'11 220 around 12-15% BF

    8:00 am cardio
    9:15 am lean protein/ cup of oatmeal
    12:00 pm 2 scoops whey/ flax
    2:45 pm lean protein/ 2 tbsp npb
    3:45 pm workout
    5:00 pm pwo 2scoops whey/80 grams sugar
    6:00 pm ppwo lean protein/1 cup of brown rice
    9:15 pm lean protein/1 tbsp npb
    11:45pm 2 scoops whey/flax
    rounds out at 350 prot/ 150 carbs/fat= i dont know the fat content in flax

    goal is to be 210 and ripped? what are some supps i could throw in to help out. i think i am going to wait a while before i start a test e/eq cycle.

    OK, SIMPLY READ THE BOTTLE TO KNOW HOW MUCH FAT IS IN THE AMOUNT OF FLAX YOU TAKE.

    Overall you know where top place your pro/fat & pro/carb meals but seeing as how you did not mention what type of "lean protein" i can give no furthger advice.

    Whats up with all the NPB? At most twice a day and the other times i would mix my EFA's up, Flax here, Olive Oil there, Almonds BLA BLA BLA...

    Stay away from gear, include an ECA or ECY stack in the morning before cardio.

    Your goals depend entirely on cardio and diet, plain and simple.

    Looks like you need be eating a lot more food than that?

    I agree but we do not have the correct info to know for sure. I would implement some tuna in there as well.

    How much Olive oil do you need? That depends on your dietary approach, generally a tbsp has 16g fat....i add one tbsp to my tuna and of course this makes a wonderful pro/fat meal.

    yea thats what i was thinkin to young slug but i am basing that off of the sticky and havent been able to get anyone to help me out with what i need to be changing.
    i've posted this a couple times.
