    chromium

    what exactly does this do and should i take it while bulking...i took it when i was cutting but dont know if i should keep taking it

    chromium itself is an element on the periodic table

    it supposed to get you cut and help with fat burning

    it might help a little bit, dunno

    Pretty useless.

    I guarantee it won't make ANY marked difference in results at all.

    It's the 90's version of ALA, nothing more.
