Yoghurt
What do yall think about yoghurt? How good or bad is it for you? I'm talking about real, 3.2% fat stuff, that you eat WITH A SPOON, not the low fat crap you drink out of the bottle!

one thing that i will say is that i have read a few articles where it states that about half of the carbs are broken down by the live bacteria in yogurt, which is why it is so low GI....i use it occasionally during a bulker as a treat.

Aside from what bigs said (which would be positive), I'd stay away from it if cutting.
Tons of sugar and it's, well, dairy.
They do have the low-carb stuff, but again, dairy.

just a question regarding dairy....if people are so against dairy in general, why is cheese used so often in cutting diets?

Look @ the carb content (sugar) of REAL cheese.
Therein lies the answer.

exactly what i was wondering...if it was purely the amount of sugars that make you avoid some products but not others.
