I have a hard time, even with proper dieting and training, getting muscle hardness. The only supps I am taking are multi vitamin, vitamin c caps, flax oil, dextrose, whey, and casein. Ofcourse I am taking them at different times of the day.
My question is are there any legal supps I can take that will increase my muscle hardness?
I was thinking of maybe trying this:

How should you take this? I was planning on drinking one bottle about 15 minutes before my first set and I won't be taking it days I don't lift.
