Hey SC - Wow, thanks for all those great suggestions! What do you think about lean deli meats from Boarshead - like lean roast beef and ham?

Can be good but i believe some of them have sugar in them. To many hidden factors for me personally.

I would not think Ham would be a good source, turkey yeah but not Ham?

The only ones with sugar would be anything honey roasted. If you get a plain old oven roasted sliced turkey or ham its fine

Get some fresh boneless skinless chicken breast, fillet them and throw them in a skillet. Take a bottle of buffalo wing sauce and poor into skillet. Let the chicken simmer in the sauce until cooked, then turn on high heat and let the buffalo sauce carmelize on the chicken. It tastes great. The Sauce has no fat, sugar, carbs, just sodium. I do the same thing with terriyaki sause. Yum yum.

    well then

if it doesn't have sugar in it, it won't carmalize. so, i'm not sure what you're doing to the sauce....probrably just reducting it by evaporating out the water.

LOL, I guess I just kinda burn it on there, gives it more flavor. The sauce does thicken and more of it is on the chicken after I high heat it.
