    A Couple of quick questions

I am cutting and my diet is around 2000 calories/day right now

For my first meal of the day can buckwheat pancakes be substituted for oatmeal

and for my last meal what would be better?
tbsp of no fat cottage cheese and 2 tbsp natural peanut butter or
2 scoops whey with 1 tbsp of flax oil?

Thats a pretty low calorie cutting diet... unless youre a 100 pound girl you're probably going to lose some muscle mass.

I remember that post now, what kind of advice are you looking for, seriously it seems there was plenty on the other thread.

You are gonna have to tweak it of course but 2000 kcals is to low IMO.

That is something you will have to learn on your own as there is no set answer as everyone is different in the way they react to different approaches. Ex: Some are sensitive to carbs and some are not.

Cutting is all about tweaking the approach and learning your body.

You say that 2000 kcals is too possibly too low, so what do you think would be too high?? this might give me some idea of how to tweak my diet.

I would say range it around 2500 daily...remember this is off the top of my head.

Might as well start high and then adjust as needed.
