Muscle hardness
I have a hard time, even with proper dieting and training, getting muscle hardness. The only supps I am taking are multi vitamin, vitamin c caps, flax oil, dextrose, whey, and casein. Ofcourse I am taking them at different times of the day.
My question is are there any legal supps I can take that will increase my muscle hardness?
I was thinking of maybe trying this:

How should you take this? I was planning on drinking one bottle about 15 minutes before my first set and I won't be taking it days I don't lift.Last edited by Aggression; 01-24-2005 at 10:55 PM.

Hardness and the granite look usually come with development and age of the muscles.
Many in their 30's get this after getting big, cutting down, getting big, cutting down, etc., many times over.

1. Ask in the supplement forum.
2. I would agree with SC, the only way to really increase muscle hardness and get that look is to have thick muscles and low body fat.

You want muscle hardness you need to have a low bodyfat level and be dry as a bone no water under the skin.

So do you guys reccommend drinking a bottle of this before I workout to get some good pumps or is it a waste of money?
Also, is it necessary to use this product days I DON'T workout, or could I still get good results just using it the days I workout.
