    TunA Salad ?>?>?>?>?>?

    i'm trying to gain lots of wieght i was wondering if tuna salad would help any. i know tuna is in every mass diet but how does it work if i mis 2 cans with salad.?>?>?

    dressing would be olive oil ( can i replace that with seed oil )
    a splace of vinigar and salt )
    what do u think????

    i do everyday for lunch no matter bulking or cutting. I often add brown rice to the mix with mayo.

    But hey, that would be a carb/pro/fat meal, and isn't carb/fat a huge no no, wheter cutting or bulking?

    i have not started to diet yet but i will after i do some shopping this week. but i have ate tuna salad before if its seasond right it doesnt taste so bad. i like it.mayo makes me sick but i guess i'm going to have to.

    i would not add rice to a tuna/mayo mix.


    And you are right, no mixing fats/carbs...a big "No, No".
