anyone know of any good brands of whey with casein in it???
what's a good food to have before bed rather than a proshake with flax? cottage cheese? - how much
btw this is for a cuttind diet!!!

cottage cheese is good...as for how much that depends on how many calories you wanna consume...pretty personalized for each person.

cottage cheese is good to have before bed?
i have this stuff infront of me, western pressed cottage cheese, it says its 0.5% M.G., i has nthing on the back though telling me the nutrition facts.
the packages come in 250g, how much should i eat before bed?

it comes in various percentages of fats ranging from fat free to 4% so i still wouldnt know how much calories there would be in the half cup serving size.

I always buy the Non-Fat cottage cheese, and i have that and 1-2 tbsp of natty PB before bed. This has been working well for me, i will switch back to shake w/flax later just to mix things up.
