Can't find dextrose anywhere

i do not want to order it off of the internet and local brewery's want sell it. is there anything i can take instead for pwo shake?

smarties, sweet tarts or pixie sticks...also powdered gatorade lists dex as it's first ingredient.

I think this still applies to the powdered version. I'd stick with the sweet tarts.

so how many sweet tarts should i be eating pwo? it doesnt say how many grams of dex is in each serving it just list dex as the main ingredient

just go the natural section of any food store and they will have dextrose.

What about supplement shops ?? Do you have any of those around?? The one I go to up the street when I'm out sells the NOW 2lb bags for like $2.25.

Any reason you are hesitant to order on the net?? Kentnutrition.com (currently down for maintenence this week) has an excellent rep.

yea i have tried nutrition stores/ grocery stores/ breweries/ and i dont have a credit card so i dont want to order off of the internet. i guess i am going to have to go with sweet tarts!! i need help on how many to take pwo
