Talking sort of a PWO question

Ok so 2 days a week I have a day with 2 training sessions,

At cca. 12:00 am I go to the gym, and have a PWO shake when I'm done

At 9:00 pm I have m.a. training, and have a PWO shake after that, I drink the shake at 10:30 pm. I go to bed around midnight.Do I have a pro/fat meal b4 bed (because of slow absorbing protein) or some form of PPWO (pro/carb) because the pro/fat meal would be to close to my 2nd pwo shake?

PPWO....... if you worked out then your body still needs carbs, and no it won't be stored as fat because it is late at night.

You misunderstood my question. I know a PPWO meal wouldn't be stored as fat just because its late at night. When I have a PWO drink it spikes my insulin which shuttles all the nutrients to their place. If i had fat with my PWO, it would be stored as fat, aswell as slow down the absorption of protein. What I'm asking is how long after my PWO can I take fats with the goal of slowing down protein absorption, and without the risk of the fat being stored as fat?

OK got it! Could you cut on this diet also? And is there any way of knowing for how long is your insulin spiked? And, with this schedule how do I supply my body with a slow apsorbing protein source during the night?

for your insuline levels to come down after your PPWO is gonna take around 3 hours perhaps. You are prob alseep at this time so make up and pound some flax oil and whey.

yes u can cut like this but i dont recommend it. you might not like the results of being on a calorie deficit and training twice a day

    why not

jsut take casein or some other slow acting protein and not worry about addign the fat before bed. better yet, eat a chicken breast with no fat.
