diet and cardio
ok when on a strict diet, is it neccessary to hit cardio twice a day, or is first thing in the morning for 30-45min enough???

would 30min first thing in the morning 6 days a week be enough or longer like 45min???

i did two a days for copetition and it sucked big time....definitely stick with once a day

Def once a day. Depending on how your diet is you may start to burn that hard earned muscle you are working to get if you are doing cardio twice/day. Stick with once a day and in the a.m. on an empty stomach if you are looking to maximize fat loss.
