Pre workout Shake
Aye guys, i was curious as to what a good shake to take before a workout would be, i accidently bought a carb shake, would this be good to drink before my workout? for pwo i take a protien shake immediatly after, and i was also curious as to if CytoGainer protien shake is a good shake or not, any help is much appreciated, thanks.

I think a carb shake is ok before the gym depending on what ur lookin to get out of it whethere its being cut or mass or w/e. Garlic i eat them things by the clove lol,Beans lean beef i got some more for you too but i cant find the article ill get them back to u

It would be best to let us know what your diet is and we can help from then on. Most people have a pro/fat meal before the gym because you would have to have the carbs at least 4-6 hours before your workout for it to have any affect.

what i actually wanted was a low carb protien shake, and somehow confused myself before i bought it and asked for a carb shake instead :/
