If you have any advice I would love to hear it

Hola Amigos, Thanks for taking the time to read this.
    Here's the deal.
I am dieting for about a month now. I have lost weight but my strenght is actually still climbing. I am eating lots of protein to keep the muscle mass the same or even climbing a little. I have basically taken a no fat approach. By this I mean I dont count carbs or calories or anything like that I simply eat almost no fatty foods.

My daily intake is about like this
8:00 a.m. 1.5 cups wheat bran cereal with skin milk and a protein shake with 40 grams of protein in water.
10:00 a.m. 20 grams protein powder in water
12:00 p.m. 1 cup whole grain rice and 1 can carnation tuna. Also another 20 grams of protein powder in water.
2:30 p.m. 40 grams protein powder in water
    6:00 p.m. 2 whole chicken breasts boiled
    7:00-9:00 Hard Lifting
9:30 p.m. 1 whole chicken breast-20 grams protein powder in water-creatine beverage- 2or3 whole eggs.

From what I can gather...I eat almost no fat..my protein is almost fat free...i drink skim milk when i do drink milk and I also throw in fruit sometimes for snacks. I drink about a gallon of water a day. Eggs are my main fat intake.

Do you guys think that im gonna continue to lean up and gain muscle mass, and if you have any tips feel free to shout them my direction.....thanks fellas
