Diet Question
Is there any knid of cereal that can replace oatmeal, that has the same or close to the same nutritional value? Thanks

1 minute oats are the same....fiber one is a good cereal choice.

I think you can find some appropriate cold cereals...just browse the isles and check the nutrition facts. If you find something whole grain, high in fiber, low in sugar, i don't see why you couldn't substitute it for oatmeal.
