Shouldn't I be gaining with this diet?
I have been doing this very religiously for 4 months now and have not put on the weight I expected to. I am 5'10 190 13%bf. I want to put on as much as I can naturally before I hit my next bulk cycle. I really have not seen ANY gain. I am maintaining my look but I would like to put more on. Any ideas?
This diet works out to about 4400cal, 420g pro, 275 carbs and 105g fat.
1:30pm
1 cup skim milk
2 scoops whey
1cup oatmeal
1 bannana
3:30pm PWO
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup dextrose
5:00pm PPWO
8oz chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
7:30pm
2.5 scoops whey
2tbsp flax
10:00pm
8oz chicken breast
1 can green beans
2 whole eggs
2tbsp Natty PB
1:00am
Large can of tuna
2tbsp mayo
Mustard
3:00am
8oz chicken breast
1 Whole egg
1 serving almonds
6:00am BEDTIME
3 scoops whey
2 tbsp flax

How many grams is your dextrose in the PWO?
When you eat a can of tuna I'd make it 1.5 cans. Each one has 32g protein.
Before bed you can switch the shake out with some real food, it is digested slower then whey. Also, I like to make a milk/protein shake for when i wake up and piss in the night.

80g dex in PWO. The tuna is the large cans with 13g per serving and there is 5 servings per can.

For breakfast I like to have 1 egg and 4-5 egg yolks along with oatmeal and a shake... I figure the whey is good cuz i was catabolic all night and the real food helps fill me up.
Try the milk/whey shake when you piss in the middle of the night. If that doesn't work I'd say throw a big ass meal in there after ppwo, maybe a hamburger helper? I only use those when I'm bulking and I can use the extra cals. If youre not gaining with a ton of clean food maybe you need to dirty it up a little. JUST a little.
