    Diet progress so far

    1,5 weeks have gone by. I have gained weight. Like 6-8ibs but its becuase I returned from a 3 week rest period where I hardly ate anything and just studied mostly.

    I probably went out to hard cause I have had a cold all the time so far but it doesnt seem to hinder my progress so I continue to workout anyway. 15 weeks to my competition so cant possibly slack

    I can pull my workout belt one extra notch and almost 2 so I have lost a couple of cm on my waist already. Legs I ses a tremendous difference but they always get lean first. My arms and shoulders are fuller and more round then ever and just beat my old strenght record in incline bench so Im quite happy.

    Will be fun to se in like 4-5 weeks how the higher carb approach works(130-150g on rest days and around 200g on workout days) for me.

    Have been taking a weak eca stack every morning and 10mg yohimbine hcl everyday, 25mcg t-3 daily and Im on test 650mg/week. Havent started arimidex yet.

    If I get rid of the cold before monday I will start a 6 day run of dnp to get rid of 2-3kg of fat fast. Hopefully I wont have to use it anymore then that. I realy hate the stuff but have no choise then to use it now.
