Please comment on my cutting diet.

    Typical day:

    6:30am - 7:15am cardio on empty stomach

Meal 1) 8am: 5-6 hard boiled egg whites , 1/2 cup plain oatmeal
Meal 2) 10:30am: 1 can tuna (plain), 1tbsp flax oil
    Meal 3) 1pm: 1 boneless-skinless chicken breast , fiber rich veggies
    Meal 4) 4pm: 1 boneless-skinless chicken breast , 1tbsp natty PB

    5:30pm - 6:30pm weight training

Meal 5) 6:45pm PWO , 40g whey , 80g Dex (can someone let me know where they get their Dex from?

Meal 6) 8pm PPWO, 1 boneless-skinless chicken breast , 1/2 cup brown rice, fiber rich veggies.

I am 26 years old. 5'10 195lbs and about 18% BF. I really want to get ripped up for this coming summer. Please let me know what you guys think. I greatly appreciate it.

just a few tweaks and you should be there. also if you are still awake around 11:00 you could throw in a whey/flax shake before bed if you are in need of more protein

More protein meal 1. I think you should make meals 1 and 2 pro/fat so you don't stop fat burning, as you have done with the carbs. Also, what time do you go to sleep? As the other dude said, you might want to throw a shake and flax in RIGHT before bed so you dont lose muscle while sleeping. Or some tuna and flax.

    Dextrose is corn sugar.

I will add 3 more egg whites to meal one and skip out on the oatmeal and add 1 tbsp natty PB. Im going to be doing 45 min am cardio on empty. Do you think I still need to keep the oatmeal in there?

it's personal preference. Personally I need carbs after morning cardio or else I feel like I'm going to starve to death, but I wait about 30 minutes to eat them. Others like to eat a protein/fat meal to keep their body burning fat. Either way works, just see what you like better.
