    oatmeal w/natural peanutbutter

If you've never tried this I suggest you do. Adds a lot of flavor and nutrients. Good with raisins too.

8 grams? Give me a break bro. Why you gotta fight everyone on this? Peanut butter is NOT a good protein source.

What kind of natural peanut butter are you talking about? I love Krem crunching peanut butter on 7 grain hole bread when I'm trying to bulk and am on the go.

Peanuts are an incomplete protein, I wouldn't even count them towards my protein intake.

exactly. Let the fools deliberate over this...

Nuts, amongst other non-animal/dairy protein sources have an incomplete amino acid profile, making them (nearly) useless for muscle building properties, especially when compared to whey, steak, chicken, etc.

Veggies and nuts do not count towards my daily protein consumption.

NOTHING that has 2x as much fat as protein, even if a complete protein, is a good source. If that were the case i'd be eating bacon all day long and look like milos sarcev!

i just bought this brand of peanut butter called "Power Butter" and the ingredients are roasted peanuts, egg whites, wheat germ, flaxseed, flax oil, honey, and salt. For one serving it has 20g of Fats all from EFAs 14 g of carbs, 6 coming from sugar, and 6 from fiber, and 32 g of protein.
