OK. I have problem with eating eggwhites guys. HELP
I can't eat scrammbled eggwhites, because it makes me vomit rightaway, but I could eat boiled egg whites.
After eating about 3-4 boiled eggwhites my body is trying to vomit. WTF Why this happens. I love boild eggwhites, so why can't I eat at least 8 of them.
Why does this occur and how do you solve this problem???

You are probably sick of them. I was the same way with cottage cheese. Bro your gonna have to figure another way of eating them. Try throwing some onions and peppers and even some hot sauce in there to give it some flavor.
Don't try and eat them alone. Eat them mixed in some brown rice with a little soy or something. This will give you some variety and some good carbs too.
When I try to lower my fat intake, I make eggwhite omlettes with lox (smoked salmon). I also mix in a scalion or two. It makes it paletable.
I love um, egg beaters, a carton that is the 8 egg size, put some hash browns on the side and a big serving of medium salsa. If you have some salsa mixed in it tastes much better.

Right now I'm in college so it's hard to mix some things, because they are not there.
Wrap them in a tortilla and cover them with fat free cheese. Like the other bros said, you are probably sick of them, so trying giving them up for three or four days. Good luck.
I gave them up for 1 month, so I don't think thats it.

What I started doing basically because I don’t have time to cook in the morning is I drink them. I drink 5 eggs white mixed with a little skim milk in the morning. Takes 5mins no clean up and I really don’t taste anything except the milk. It was mainly a gross factor I had to overcome.
I ate them fast today, so my mind is not thinking about it and it worked. HEHE That's funny that you could play games with your mind

doesn't drinking them raw not allow maximum protein absorbtion? I heard you should always cook them. Anyone know?
Didn't anyone ever hear of Egg Protein Powder? I take 4 tbsp. of it and either mix it in with 1 cup of oatmeal or 12-16 oz. of water. 4 tbsp. is like eating 8 egg whites, its not as filling but if you're eating oatmeal as well, its easier than eating all of those whites. I know how you feel I was consuming 16 egg whites a day, 8 in morning and 8 at night, and in the morning I couldn't finish all of the eggs, I felt like I was gonna throw up. I'm on a pre contest diet now and I have to eat them in the morning and my last meal, so I take the powder in the morning and 12 whites at night because if I don't eat the actual whites for at least 1 meal, I won't be fool.

That's a great idea, too! Although they are more expensive than regular ole egg white, they have a consistency more like whole scrambled eggs. You should try egg beaters... you'd probably like those !Quote:

try mixing in 1 yellow to every 3 whites you eat. it will make it eatable to you. besides that, the extra protein in the yellow can only help. i eat the yellows right along with the whites.

It's the best one so far. I mix 1 yellow to 6 whites. IT WORKS
