cutting diet critique
I am trying to shed some of this winter coat, but I dont want to sacrifice muscle.
I am currently 6' 220 at about 15-18%bf.
Appreciate if someone would take a look at this, I think i have enough of everything, but calories seem low, not sure though.
I think i got the right combos too.
Thanks ahead of time,
psy

Damm bro, looks good ! I dont see many flaws. The only thing I might suggest is to add some veggies or salad somewhere in your meals. You could also intergrate some natty peanut butter as well.
I am following a similar diet right now, and its just hard to always fit the meals in at the right times. Good luck !

PPWO.. I would have a smaller piece of chicken. 8oz is ideal because if you are taking in too much protein your body won't be able to process it and it will be a waste. Besides that.. it looks like you're right on bro..
