For some reason I look a lot better (much leaner in abs, serratus, and more vascular) when i carb load with simple carbs or on my cheat day if i eat pancakes or cookies then when i increase my carbs with complex carbs sweet potatoes ect. It seems though if I cheat more on these days I look a lot better then when i cheat less? I was wondering if this works better for me then is this what i should do before a show?
