2 questions concerning diet and creatine
I have 2 questions concerning diet and creatine:
1) My non training days besides my breakfast, every meal is a pro/fat meal, does creatine benefit you on a low carb diet?
2) Not really concerning diet but is it necessary to cycle creatine? Could you take it every single day for the rest of your life without health problems or your own natural creatine production shutting down?

Also, it says you should use the VPX PUMP even on non training days but if I'm using the CEX every day could I just use the PUMP only on training days?

What about that muscle PUMP drink? Can I take that only on pre workout or do I have to take that every day?
