Clenbuterol

I just got some Clenbuterol in from an order. It came with an oral serenge. It is mesured by .1mL, .2mL, .3mL,.... to 1mL. The bottle has 30mL in it. It has no direction on the bottle. I heard I am supposed to take it 3 days then off 2 days then repete untill it is gone. How many times a day should I take it and how much should I take at a time? Should I just spray it in my mouth or mix it with water?

you need to know the concentration first...how many mcg/ml. you have 30 ml, but you need to know how many mcg.

search for clenbuterol handbook. it explains how to take clen . something like start out at 20mcg and bumping up each day up to 100mcg if you can handle it. you do this for 2weeks (i thought everyday...never heard of the 3 days on 2 off thing). you should also supplement with taurine.
