Intrested to hear your opions on which is better for cutting/fat burning?

From what I've read you burn more doing interval training.


I've ran a lot of miles in my life, and will continue too despite interval training being better for burning calories. Just easier to wake up and run or stair climb rather than run up and down hills, or doing a spin class. Running is semi relaxing.

Intrested in your experince though and results.
