1ad and cutting

i am taking 1 ad to maintain muscle mass and cutting low carbs and taking high protein and low calories taking whey protein low carb 5 scoops a day eating healthy . the question i have is i am taking creatine and swole v2 together is it wise to use creatine while cutting will it affect me and how is 1 ad and creatine for a cutter will they pose problems such as unwanted bloat. im doing cardio almost 1 hr every day and taking eca and lipo 6 . plesae help me out is it okay to use creatine for a cutter. i hope im not wasting my time.
also when you have low bodyfat do u abs just show up even if you dont do ab work like crunches would u guys recommend doing crunches . peace saluu

oh yea ur abs are there from birth!! j/k your abs are muscles too. give them work just like you would any other muscle

and creatine is not a great idea while cutting because of water retention

what about 1 ad while cutting does it bloat u a bit or is it okay too take while cutting im stopping the creatine . how about 1 ad while cutting anybody help please thanks
