    A Clean Bulk Diet?

    Would a clean bulk really work? As I see it if I eat my regular three meals a day how i normally would (5 eggs, bacon, cheese for breakfast/sandwich for lunch/whatever i find for dinner) along with shakes(maybe isopure), tuna, chicken and some other sources of clean protein as my other 3 meals and snacks would i bulk up or do i need the extra calories of junk food?
    by the way i figure to get around 170g of protein per day...

    1) You need to eat more than 3 meals a day....

    2) You diet needs ALOT of work....

    3) You need alot more than 170g of protein...

    no no i mean ill have my regular 3 meals a day of any kind of food PLUS 3 extra meals of clean protein(shakes, tuna, chicken, etc)

    Well, you should have 6 'regular meals' of clean protein, and either a carb or fat.......

    Like I said: Post up your diet....

    When are your meals? How are they spaced? What are your three 'other meals' consisting of?

    Diet is key bro, don't shrug it off as an 'other'... know what I mean?
