iv'e been adding one cup of oatmeal to my 40g protien shakes after my workouts.
i'm about to get some dextrose and maltodextrin in order to start taking a
dex/malto/protien shake after my workout.
the question is keep the oatmeal in with the dex/malto? or exclude it?

I'd ditch it if it were me........
The dex/malto/pro should be good enough IMO.......
