    Ranch and Mayo topic

i have been reading that Ranch and Mayo are ok in cutting phases.

i am just wondering should you only have one pro/fat meals with these 2 fats or would it be ok to use as you wish? i don't like to use more than one tbsp of mayo every other day, but if itsnt hurting anything i would bump it up a little

Why not just go with the fat free versions of them.. I dont know if they have fat free mayo but they have fat free ranch and it tastes the same as the normal kind.

Fat free preparations have TONS of sugar in them.

Not an ideal choice at all!

Besides, they taste like PLASTIC and are nasty.

I utilize full fat mayo and full fat dressings as fat sources during cutting, and it's just fine.

The fat free ones are loaded with sugar to make up for the lack of fat. With a pro fat meal you want the full fat versions of both the mayo and the ranch. They are fine to use.
