PWO and Intensity
So I was unable to find this topic with the search function so here goes. Should my PWO shake be the same amount (120g carbs from dextrose and 60 g protein) if I work a smaller muscle group like say shoulders/triceps as opposed to a larger group like back/legs? Thanks. Mark

I would recommend re-evaluating the amounts in your PWO offering...seems a bit high to me ;)... Maybe try 90g dex, 45g pro..........
Also, yes, keep it the same.......
