    PWO and Intensity

    So I was unable to find this topic with the search function so here goes. Should my PWO shake be the same amount (120g carbs from dextrose and 60 g protein) if I work a smaller muscle group like say shoulders/triceps as opposed to a larger group like back/legs? Thanks. Mark

    I would recommend re-evaluating the amounts in your PWO offering...seems a bit high to me ... Maybe try 90g dex, 45g pro..........

    Also, yes, keep it the same.......

    dont cheat ne of the muscle groupe by not giving them the nutrients they deserve after the beating
