I WOULD DROP THE TUNA OR EGGS HERE YOUR LOOKING AT LIKE 80 GMS OF PROTEIN, WAY TOO MUCH IMO.
10:00 am - 1 can tuna , 1 slim fast , yogurt
SLIM FAST IS LAODED WITH SUGAR, TUNA AND SOME BROWN RICE OR A YAM
12:00 - 2 cans of tuna on whole wheat bread , red beans & rice
AGAIN A TON OF PROTEIN
3:00pm - 8 oz chicken breast , Slimfast
THE UGLY SLIMFAST REARS ITS HEAD AGAIN
5:00pm - 12 oz Chicken breast , Green beans , 1 Serving of Rice , yogurt
NICE, ID DROP THE YOGURT FOR ANOTHER VEGE
8:00 - 1 can tuna , one baked potatoe
THIS IS GOOD
10:00 - 1 Slim Fast , 4 oz chicken
SLIMFAST UGH. I WOULD MAKE THIS MEAL COTTAGE CHEESE WITH A FAT SO IT BREAKS DOWN SLOW OVERNIGHT. OR DO A SHAKE WITH FLAX.
