I have been running a cutting diet for the last month and have llost a good amount of fat, i am consuming about 350 g protein, 100g carbs, and 50g fat, very clen diet good fats, but i was wondering if a carb up should be done once a week on say sunday or am i getting enough fats and carbs to continue to see fat being reduced, if i need to carb up once a week i wsa thinking about 250-300g of carbs
