    Escargots/snails

Ok I love escargots, i can eat a can raw just like that..... only thing is I have no idea what the pro/carb/fat content is. Its a normal can you get at the groceries, $1.19 cnd, about 36 in a can.... I looked all over on the internet and can't seem to find them. I did find one spot that rates them with butter and oil, but obviously im not using any of those.

    Any ideas?
