    bulking sticky question

    This might be a dumb question but....Do you follow the bulking or cutting sticky even if on gear? I had a guy as me a question about dieting and didn't want to give him the wrong advice. Thanks

    i havnt run gear in forever. . . .but yes follow it. . .diet is still the most important thing. i would rather have 500 bucks in food then 500 in gear
